Already August and here in Sweden summer is still warm and sunny, however a sense of coldness in the air in the very specific August way\u2026reminding me how it always felt and smelled in nature at this time, just when a new school semester was about to start.<\/span><\/p>\n I still see my year in school semesters strangely enough (even if it\u2019s many years ago since I was a student) For me it has always been a comprehensible amount of time to look ahead and maybe have a plan (the two semesters in Sweden are first the autumn semester, approximately between mid-August and Christmas and the second, the spring semester lasts from mid-January until mid June) making plans for only a few months at a time still works best for me! Last year at this time I hadn\u2019t started up my business in Sweden yet and now I\u2019m happy to see my business growing and that I\u2019m able to receive both old and new clients at my office and online. A year ago most of my clients were online, today I meet 75 % of my clients in person at Lilla Kliniken.<\/span><\/p>\n In September I will yet again assist the SE Training in Stockholm, the students now doing their second Intermediate level\/year. It\u2019s a true joy to be part of the team supporting new SE therapists and to take part of the teachings again. It will start a new training in January, if you are interested you can read more HERE<\/a><\/p>\n Later in October I\u2019ll be going to Denmark for the second part of the Star Saphire Energy Training focusing on working with our inner dualities\/male-female energy. Read more about it HERE<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n I\u2019m also happy to share the first results in a Swedish study at Mittuniversitetet where Monique Pfaltz and team have released their first promising results using Somatic Experiencing\u00ae(SE). The next phase of the study is about to start where a bigger population will be researched.
