May 2025 Newsletter
Dear Reader,
I hope this finds you well. And for you who is new to my Newsletter, an extra welcome!
I just got back from a beautiful walk in the sunshine and I could have listenend to the many birds…but instead I listend to a podcast, and that’s what got me inspired to share some of my thoughts with you.
I’ve had what I would call a ”writers blockage” for quite some time. and it’s an interesting phenomena to witness in myself. I’ve promised myself to write either a blog post or a Newsletter only when I feel inspired – not to do it because ”it was a long time ago” or ”it’s about time I share something wise”…
I easily get into camparison mood, thinking that ”all the wise things are already said”, and my challenge (and growth) lies in trusting that I reach out to the people that finds me, because something resonates with them reading what I post. And that it doesn’t have to be either or.
One of these wise people I love to listen to myself is Thomas Hübl. He has a way of interweaving science and spirituality and of course also the nervous system. The more I study and the more I learn, I find that it all goes together, and that is also what my clients find when getting to know their own nervous system and how to regulate. They get in touch with an inner knowing and learn to trust their body intelligence which broadens their capacity and resilience.
Back to Thomas and the podcast I listened to today. In times of great uncertany both globally and of course also in the day to day challenges life brings, Thomas shares insights and practices to support us in cultivating the inner resilience needed to meet life’s challenges with greater presence, clarity, and care. Here’s a link to the Podcast.
And no, I couldn’t have said it better 😉 so I will continue to share other people’s wisdom and every now and then a piece of my own personal journey, and hopefully it will inspire You to continue being curious and open and to use your own disernment if what I post resonates with you or not.
Here’s a link to my latest Blog post where I share my process of sitting with my uncomfortable thoughts and emotions about belonging; Where do I belong?
Thank you for reading and love and gratitude to You ❤️
