New Year Newsletter 2025

As this year comes to a closure I just wanted to reach out and greet You before kicking off the start of 2026 and maybe inspire You to an End Of The Year Contemplation..

I like to end the year by thinking about the year that has passed and also how to make room for new things, and finally what are the things I’d like to do and see more of in the yerar to come. The image of a drawer comes to me , let me explain:

To first look into the drawer (which in this case is a metaphor for looking back at 2025) and really see the content. What did I see, who did I see, who did I spend time with, where did I go and what activities and experiences did I have?  How did I feel during these different experiences, did something stand out? Did I do something different and did I take on a challenge in a different way? What were the things I grew from and what are the things that still holds me back?

And coming to the section of the things that still holds me back, I like to spend some extra time contemplating and look into the whole situation/situations. What were the outer sercumstances?  Did I choose out of fear, out of guilt, out of old patterns or did I even feel I had a choice?

Back to the image of the drawer. Now when I have had a close look at the content I can decide what I’d like to keep and what I’d like to remove or let go of. And then I litterary see myself doing so. And it can be anything from habits to people..

Now when looking into the drawer, I see the things I like to keep and also (hopefully) now some empty space…

My final piece of contemplation is about  what are the things  I’d like to invite more of in my life (and in my drawer) 2026? And when  looking into my drawer how does the empty spaces between the things feel?  Do I feel the need to fill them up partly or fully – or can I allow some of the empty spaces to stay empty for now?

What if I find something along the way that I’d like to keep? Maybe filling up the drawer already before the new year has started might limit my possibility to add something new and still unknown to me…?

After doing this contemplation I notice an increased sense of responsibility and also curiousity about what 2026 has in store for me! I can feel  clarity in some areas and in some others I like the idea of not knowing. Having made space for some unexpected things to appear – my drawer is no longer filled with (unaware)”stuff” – I am aware of the content and  I’m in the process of both letting go and to invite and it makes me excited!

NEWS:

As a result of my own ”checking the drawer process” I’ve decided that it’s time for me to launch my online booking! In the next upcoming weeks it will hopefully be up and running and will be found here on my website.

If you are not yet a client of mine there will be an option for an Introduction Call which is a free short phone call/or zoom to give you the chance to ask questions and hear more about me and how I work. For you who are already a client of mine you can go straight to booking an Individual session or any of the other options.

Wishing You all the best and I’m looking forward to connect with you in different ways in 2026!

And if you when doing this contemplation feel inspired to look deeper into Your drawer and would like support in any areas in your life, I’d be happy to be there ❤️
